Here to Help is a trusted mental health resource established in 2003 by the BC Partners for Mental Health and Substance Use Information—a collaboration of seven non-profit agencies. Their mission is to make mental health and substance use support more accessible by offering a wide range of online tools and resources. From program contacts and podcasts to videos, educational events, and personalized assistance, everything is just a click away. Backed by evidence-based information, Here to Help offers meaningful, accessible support to meet people where they’re at.
